Lent Courses
We run a Lent Course each year which normally comprises about five week-night sessions. The aim of the course is to reflect on the Christian faith and to think more deeply about the meaning of Jesus Christ's death for each of us.
Personal Study
Personal study is encouraged through our bookstall and book and tape lending library. The use of a range of Bible reading notes is also actively encouraged.
Bible Study Homegroups
Homegroups provide an opportunity to meet together informally in order to study the Bible and to pray. The groups also help people get to know one another better and to develop spiritually. There are currently four Bible Study groups that meet weekly throughout the year, studying separate materials.
Baptism, Confirmation and
Marriage Preparation
Time and effort is invested in Baptism, Confirmation and Marriage preparation with lay involvement in the preparation for Infant Baptisms, in the Baptism services themselves and in maintaining contact over the following years.
