becoming a Christian...
Recognise that you are not perfect - being a ‘good’ person is not enough.
Ask for God’s forgiveness.
Believe that Jesus died on the cross to pay for your sins (the wrong things we’ve all done that keep us from being perfect.)
Ask Jesus to come into your life
not to ‘take you over’, but to be a central part of your life.
Start living a Christian life
This means trying to be who God wants you to be. Getting to
You don’t have to be a ‘great philosopher’ or a ‘good’ person to be a christian.
A christian is simply someone who has decided to follow Jesus Christ.
Someone who realises that they are far from perfect and would like to know God in a real and personal way.
Someone who has said sorry to God and accepted the forgiveness that Jesus freely gives to everyone who sincerely asks for it.
Someone who is now living with Christ at the centre of their lives.
know Him and His plans for your life. And loving Him with all your heart and all your understanding.
If you’d like to talk to someone about this then please get in touch.
