Church Council
The Church Council meets bi-monthly with additional meetings as and when required.  There are four current Task Groups covering the areas of:
Worship; Pastoral Care & Fellowship; Outreach & Service and Buildings & Structures.  The Task Groups are often requested by the Council or Ministerial Team to research subjects or make detailed proposals for consideration by the Council within set time tables.
Local Advisory Group
A Local Advisory Group (LAG) of up to two Members, ordained or lay, appointed by each of the parent churches meets with the
Panshanger Church is a single, united congregation with a constitution which governs its internal operations.  
In addition to the responsibilities of their denomination, the Minister of Panshanger Church is also called by the Members of Panshanger Church to the Ministerial Team of Panshanger Church.
General Meetings
The Annual General Meeting elects the Elders, a Secretary, Treasurer and five others who, with the Ministerial Team, form the Church Council.  The Annual General Meeting is held in March with an Ordinary General Meeting held in October and Extraordinary General Meetings
Church Council at least once a year. Their role is to advise and assist when requested and the agenda for the combined meetings have been arranged so that they have been able to bring to the Church Council’s attention any particular denominational approach on relevant issues being considered which might otherwise be overlooked. In the past year these issues have included Panshanger Church policy on children and communion and final approval of the baptism liturgy that is suitable for both child and adult baptisms.
