Church, Stewards of the Methodist Church and Elders of the United Reformed Church.
Due to the different roles of these offices within the parent churches, the Elders have a far wider role than Church Wardens having a mixture of pastoral as well as practical responsibilities
The leadership team of Panshanger Church is made up of ordained Ministers and Elders.
The Ministerial Team comprises the full time Minister and the Elders (currently 4) who are deemed to be equivalent to Church Wardens in the Anglican Church, Deacons in the Baptist
including supporting the ordained Ministers practically and spiritually.
The full time, ordained Minister leads the Church and Ministerial Team, but actual roles and responsibilities are flexible depending on the particular gifts and available time of the members of the Ministerial Team and of other Members of the Church. The Ministerial Team meet monthly.
